Carlos Ghosn to be released ‘by tomorrow’

A Japanese law court has rejected a request to extend the detention of Nissan’s former chairman Carlos Ghosn. This means Ghosn gets to walk out of detention.  Mr Ghosn was arrested in Tokyo last November for allegedly under-reporting his pay package over a five-year period.
