Hello, my good people. I saw this security alert below online. I don’t know if it is genuine or not. But one thing I know is that I have to share it in case it is true. See below:

Pls don’t leave your phone with repairers,
if possible stay & monitor them because most of them now work with crime syndicates who may install a CHIP in ur phone to monitor ur bank account information and ur location.
Pls relay this info with others as crime is now taking a different dimension.

It might not be true, as there are many phone repairers with professionalism and integrity. But still, the person that sent it might be in a position to have noticed a rising trend of people’s phones being compromised. And every profession has its bad eggs. So, I suggest you use wisdom in each case.
