Why The January 1966 Coup Is Not An Igbo Coup

Most of the officers in the army then were Igbos. That is why it looks like an Igbo coup. But it was never an Igbo coup. Stop the cheap blackmail.

The North now has most of the officers in the army, but the coups after the July 1966 coup are not called Northern coups because the North did not sit down and decide to plot coup. So why are the Igbos always attacked over January 1966 instead of the political class that through their violence and instability brought the military into politics?
