The quote above was part of what the Director of Public Relations, Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Sani Usman said when justifying the ongoing military excercise in the South East axis of Igbo Land called Operation Python Dance.
Brigadier General Sani, a Northern Nigerian, has said that operation Python Dance is aimed at reducing crime in the South East.
But some believe it is really targeted against IPOB, the pro Biafran independence group led by Nnamdi Kanu who recently formed an organization he called the Biafran Secret Service.
