      To me, I would say ogbono soup. Maybe some non-alcoholic fermentation happens just like in cheese to make it sweeter the next day.

      Onugbu soup. Very sweet the next day. As if there was a transformation that gives the soup a more more mature taste.

      The first day it tastes fresh. The next day it tastes more mature.
