Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe has had the 4 charges against him at the Code of Conduct Tribunal reduced to just one: that of failing to declare his asset at 2057, Asokoro District, Abuja when he became Minister of Niger Delta Affairs in 2011 – in contravention of section 15 of Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunal Act.
