Adedipe further told the court that the EFCC said Fani-Kayode was being investigated in connection to a company called Joint Trust Dimension through which over N800m was allegedly transferred to the account of Fani-Kayode.
“The applicant (Fani-Kayode) has never said he did not receive the money (N800m) in question. He was the Director of Publicity for the Presidential Campaign Organisation of the former president Goodluck Jonathan who paid him the money,” Adedipe said.

Okay
Alright
Was it President Jonathan that paid him the money? The witness who testified against him was one Mr Suaibu who told the court that the money came from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), adding that the signatories to the account were one Darbisu and one Benjamin, how on earth did GEJ’s name come in? May be as the “C in C” sha!
FFK was guilty as charged, for him to have made payments to one Paste Poster Co. (PPC) of No 125 Lewis St., Lagos, in excess of amounts allowed by law is enough to have nailed him but this is Nigeria!
