IPOB has protested heavily against the Waterways Bill, stating that it is a plot to takeover creeks from Niger Deltans. The protest held in Port Harcourt, also known as Igweocha. The organization’s protest seemed to be aimed at sensitizing the Niger Delta people about IPOB’s views on the bill. See photos

Unconfirmed reports say that militants that were attacked by the Army in the creeks of Lago-Ogun yesterday are getting reinforcements from elsewhere. The reinforcements are said to be coming from the creeks. More on this later… Source
