If you invite Namibians to construct road networks in Nigeria and you don’t remove corruption from the system, the Namibians will end up lowering their high standards when dealing with Nigeria.
The same countries that lower their production standards for Nigeria-bound goods on the instructions of some of our importers sent high standard goods to other countries.
