We are told to excercise to keep the heart healthy. But does excercise sometimes try to kill the heart? Maybe it’s just to excercise moderately.
So many factors can lead to the malfunction of the heart whether you exercise or not, so much intake of cholesterol is one.
They say, moderation in all things.
Hmmm. If you don’t excercise problem, you excercise another problem. Anyway, we should excercise moderately.
So many footballers have suffered heart related diseases in the past even when they were still playing active football, the likes of Kanu Nwankwo and Christian Erikson so I don think it has more to do with exercise than diet.
This post made me to fully believe that too much of everything is not good.
