The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced that it has no money to fix state owned refineries.
There had been hopes that if government fixes it, Nigerians will stop groaning under the high cost of fuel, but this announcement puts paid to those hopes any time soon.
FG, if you have no money to fix your refineries, then legalize the so called illegal private refineries you have been destroying, regulate them for best practices and tax them for national income.
