The feminist protesters that were sexually harrased should have involved the police in their march for protection

I read that:

A group of beautiful young ladies, feminists    stormed Yaba market to create awareness and promote “Stop Touching Us” “Don’t touch us, you don’t own our bodies, stop harassing us” campaign against sexual assault and harassment.

But the ladies were Harassed, embarrassed and insulted by some guys there. They called them names such as ‘ashawo’ ‘lesbians’ ‘prostitutes’.

And here is my reaction:

The protest organizers should have involved police for protection in the march, unless they wanted this to happen as a publicity stunt – in which case it has succeeded in publicizing their cause more.
