The Anglican Church Niger Diocese has banned the use of brochure and asoebi in burials. This is good.

Igbodefender has ground at situations where the children of a man who may have died of poverty are forced to overspend to bury that man.

We see it like a sentence placed on that family by a society without conscience. We welcome this change.

We hope that other diocese, denominations and traditional institutions like the Umu nnas take note and make their own cost reductions.
