How to identify depression? When somebody does not see any hope in life; or when they see no joy in anything they do, and/or see no point in continuing to leave.
How to handle it?
- Don’t be ashamed to seek psychological help, psychiatric help
- Get help from friends and family
- And try to remember things that used to make you happy and begin to practice them again
- Try out new challenges.
- A change of environment could also help
- Surround yourself with people to distract yourself
