8 Tips For Surviving Depression

How to identify depression? When somebody does not see any hope in life; or when they see no joy in anything they do, and/or see no point in continuing to leave.   

How to handle it? 

  1. Don’t be ashamed to seek psychological help, psychiatric help
  2. Get help from friends and family
  3. And try to remember things that used to make you happy and begin to practice them again
  4. Try out new challenges.
  5. A change of environment could also help
  6. Surround yourself with people to distract yourself
