That is so educative and informative
We are used to very and it will take us time to be able to change from that but i believe we are definitely going to change if we are ready to change

I love the video but that “brief” in place of “very short” cannot be applied to all expressions for instance you won’t describe a human being as “brief” but you can say he/she is very short.
