When I saw the PHCN bill on my meter this morning, I knew they were up to know good. Checking the bill, my suspicions were confirmed: they had increased my bill by 100%. And the funnier thing is that they brought the bill meant for 1st to 30th og June on 29th of June.
They are so greedy they can’t wait till the end of the month to try and swindle Nigerians. Shame on you PHCN, you whorehouse of corruption.
