How To Stop Yourself From Sleeping While Driving At Night

Hi folks, someone I know almost had an accident because he was sleeping while driving at night and he was alone. Another person I heared of died, and his child was not so lucky to as he too died as a result of the same issue. So, even though body isn’t firewood, for our sakes and the sakes of our family members, we should insure ourselves against sleeping at night. How do we do that?

Below are tips that may help.

If you’re driving alone at night, turn on the radio or put on some music, and keep your window cracked open (within reason). You may also want to refrain from using your cruise control if you’re driving alone at night — having to concentrate on maintaining your speed can help you stay awake.
