Actually, non of the above, by the way can I call these two as exercises? Gym and YOGA? There are the things I like.

Those are favourite activities because ordinarily the participants don’t get to compete against others.

However, gyming can be said to become a game when people compete to see who can lift the barbell or dumbbell more times (personally I advice against that because some can attempt to carry more than their normal capacity in other not to lose); or Yoga where people may compete to see who would perform the extreme postures more flexibly (I also advise against that as it can lead to tearing of tendons).

Thanks for your response.. the reason why I ask is because, the author of this thread asked.. “What is your favorite GAME”? Some said Basketball, some football, others said Zuma etc.. now my point, does that mean we can call ZUMA, LUDO etc a sport? Hope you understand my point. Thanks 🙏🙏

In a broad sense, all sports are games, but not all games are sports.

Board games and field sports have an element of competition to them. But the point of departure for sports comes from its physical nature.
