According to the article i the link, in a bid to stop the current situation where Igbos who are not kings address themselves as such outside Igbo Land, Ohaneze Ndigbo has strongly advised them to stop doing such.

If we can have Oba of yoruba in Kano why won’t igbos have theirs? Their positions are not conflicting with any other traditional rulers in their host communities, their subjects are only their tribes men and women.
