Ex Minister of Aviation in the Olusegun Obasanjo Administration, Ambassador Dr. Kema Chikwe, has heaped praises on her former boss at the Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, the late Prince Boniface Offokaja.
Writing in the famous Facebook Group Nigerian Nostalgia, Dr Chikwe recalled how Prince Offokaja appointed her as Producer of University On Air, a diploma-awarding program produced in partnership with the legendary Institute of Management and Technology, IMT, Enugu. The program went on to give many the opportunity to become graduates. She wrote:
Dr. Chikwe joins thousands of well-wishers in Nigeria and the world over who have shown appreciation to the late ace broadcaster in recent days, following the discovery of a 1957 video where he performed superlatively while representing pre- independent Nigeria at the World Youth Forum organised by Herald Tribune in 1957.
The youths represented their countries and met then US President Eisenhower.
Nice one! It is very good to be good cause people will talk about your work which is your legacy after you might have left this world. Lay a good legacy
