Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti Sate believes that before government begins to take care of the infrastructural needs of the people like building of flyovers, it must first take care of their ‘stomach infrastructure’, that is make sure they have plenty of food to eat.
Perhaps that has something to do with Abraham Maslow’s theory of needs. Anyway, the link below shows you that the governor is very serious about this stomach infrastructure thing, as he sent his deputy to distribute Easter rice to the people of the state.
