Bill Gates and Melinda Gates have announced their divorce. The two were not just husband and wife. They had the world’s biggest foundation named after them. They put in so much work into the foundation as equals, according to Melinda Gates.
So, the question now is: will the foundation change its name if Melinda Gates say, remarries and decides to adopt her new husband’s name? If she decides to form her own foundation, will she name it the Melinda Gates Foundation?
Even though they have said they’d continue the work of the foundation together, there are concerns that may just be a move to prevent panic among fans, well wishers, NGO executives and the global vaccine industry.
Only time will tell if there is a gradual disengagement by Bill Gates or Melinda Gates.
