Reacting to xenophobic attacks in South Africa, angry mobs have set fire to the MTN office at Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo state capital, Igbere TV reports.
According to Igbere TV, the office had earlier been closed down over widespread attacks on South African companies in the country.
Igbere TV had earlier reported that angry protesters had tried to vandalise the office in day time but security operatives stopped the attack.
Following that, a mob regrouped at night and set the office on fire.
