BBNaija: Eloswag Wins Obidients Over By Wearing ‘Be Obedient And Useful’ Hoody

One BBNaija housemate Eloswagg may have already won the Big Brother 7th edition by the deft move of wearing a hoody that has one powerful inscription: ‘Be Obedient And Useful’.

Lots of supporters of Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and his running mate Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed use the slogan ‘Be Obedient And Useful’ or deliberate misspellings of obedient and useful that more closely resemble the name Obi and Yusuf.

BBNAIJA doesn’t allow political campaigns. But Elsoswag can say he wasn’t campaigning. Just wearing a shirt that tells people to be obedient to authority and useful with themselves.

Obidients have already started saying they will vote for Eloswag to save him from eviction. They may vote massively for him to win the finals even.

BBNaija show organizers may come under pressure to seize the hoody. But the message has already been passed to a massive movement with one of the most energized online bases. The Obidients may use BBNaija to make a political statement.

Some have said Eloswag may be disqualified. But if he is, Obidients may raise the equivalent of the prize money for him if not more.

BBNaija organizers may now relax as the Obidient movement is likely to relax their campaign against the show. But other political parties may now begin to pressure the show organizers to seize the shirt.

Eloswag has shown strategic dexterity, and put MultiChoice in a dilemma. MultiChoice has to choose.
