Philippines’ Duterte calls off truce after ‘Communist slap on the face’

President Rodrigo Duterte has called of a cease-fire he unilateraly declared after the Communist rebels failed to respond in kind. Instead the Communists continued attacks on the government. Now Mr Duterte has said enough is enough.
