Who owns Lagos?

I have said it before, and I will say it again- Yoruba are the owners of Lagos.

Having said that, at no point did Governor Obiano say Igbos own Lagos. Yes, Igbos pay a lot of taxis in Lagos, and if Obiano wants to attract some of those billions back to Anambra, then good luck to him, but I know Ambode is very though, so it will not be easy for Obiano to divert investment from Lagos.
