Inmates set prison on fire in Delta . . Inmates from the Sapele Correctional Service on Monday set the facility on fire partly because 25 inmates were granted amnesty by the state government, but only three persons have been released. . . They also protested the alleged lack of food and water. Security operatives and firefighters were immediately mobilized to the scene to ensure that none of them escaped.
