A grandson, Brian Okello, has been charged with attempted murder after he was videoed while repeatedly flogging his 86 year-old grandnother Mego Lucy Aneke.
According to human rights advocate Tonny Kitara who spearheaded efforts to locate the grandson for arrest and treat the grandnother for injuries, this incident happened in Cuda Village in Gulu District, Uganda.
