Tough Times: Filling Stations Now Market To Okada Riders, Taxi Drivers

Recently, filling stations have joined banks in going on the streets to market to their customers. The ones who have reduced the price of petrol they sell (from the officially sanctioned N145 go out to taxi and okada parks, trying to woo them to their stations with their cheaper prices.

These are tough times. Don’t be surprised if they come soon to your doorstep to market cheaper kerosene and cooking gas prices. Arrogant stewards in a restaurant I know now smile and speak to me politely because of the tough economy.

Do you have stories to tell about the current tough economic times we are facing.
