SERAP Drags 11 Nigerian Governors To ICC For Owing Civil Servants

An NGO, Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), has dragged 11 Nigerian governors to the International Criminal Court for owing government workers in their states heavily.

Interestingly, the governors include governors of oil producing states, whom many expect to be swimming in money. Only one geopolitical region in the country didn’t have a governor on the list. Can you guess the region, and do you agree with the list?
