Some political analysts said the blockade was calculated to stop him from going to the National Assembly and inspiring a mass defection against the APC.
But like a political fox, he managed to escape and arrived in the National Assembly on a rickety car to preside over legislative proceedings.
As this was happening, security forces thought he was in his official convoy, which was being blocked. Saraki is an escape artist.
Like him or hate him, you can’t deny that Saraki is the political cat with 9 lives.
He is the ultimate survivor. He is the kind of politician you would o to great lenghts to have on your team.
That said, Buhari is winning next year. Igbo Presidency will come in 2023.
