Yesterday, May 19, 2021, there was panic in Oshodi after the dead body of an Air Force personnel was reportedly discovered in the area.
Premium Times reports that many commercial vehicles were destroyed and bus drivers abandoned their vehicles, while traders fled their shops.
But fortunately, no further loss of life has been reported, while law enforcement agencies seem to have de-escalated what would have turned into a much more volatile situation.
