A Federal High Court at Abuja has ordered Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe to forfeit the N100m bond he tendered for the release of IPOB Leader Nnamdi KANU.

But that was wrong, it was on record that Nnamdi Kanu did not jump bail as claimed by the Nigerian government, he only fled for his life after the Nigerian Army invaded his home in an attempt to kill him, how was it Enyinnaya Abaribe or Nnamdi Kanu’s fault?
Nigerian Army should’ve been held responsible for the whereabout of Nnamdi Kanu and not Abaribe.
