How Orji Uzo Kalu prevented Herdsman attack in Abia state when he was governor

In the face of the recent herdsmen attack against Agatu and Uzo Uwani in Enugu. a social media user, Oriaku Enwe Iroh, has given details of how Orji Uzor Kalu stopped a similar attack in his state. She says,

Orji Uzo Kalu, used media to avert this type of unnecessarily deaths in Okigwe during his tenure. He called his media team and went on air. His face off with Obasanjo made him bypass OBJ and went on air. Abians were forced to prepare and Fulani men went back home.

Addressing Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in whose state Uzo Uwani is located, a clearly angry Oriaku Iroh said,

As… an elected Governor, “what was your PLAN B, if Presidency failed to help!??
You ought to have used the media, which is FREE.

Able bodied men and women would have prepared to help and protect their own people.
