‘Naira Scarcity Full Ground. Na wa!,’ a reader told Igbodefender. ‘For days now, this has been the experience of most Nigerians. If they go to ATM to withdraw money, no money to withdraw.
‘If they go to POS, either no money, or you pay N300 to withdraw N1000. Some POS will tell you money no dey. Others will tell you it’s old Naira they get o, or new Naira only, whether you go gree or not. If you do the transaction, nko? They may tell you reversal, and still send you debit alert.
‘Go to bank? When there is no crowd, they will tell you no money to withdraw. And it’s getting close to February 10 deadline. What of using bank app or USSD? That one na network problem for hours. Phone go dey roll like tire wet dey go travel. Debit with no immediate reversal.’
Mama Janet don close shop since Tuesday, sake of say, no money to give change. Wetin be your own experience on this Naira scarcity?

The situation is quite alarming. Government should please do something fast.
You are right
I find it difficult to make transfer for the past few days. Network is terrible! Getting to pos, it will decline and they have already debited you without reversing it. Government please do something as soon as possible.
True
I don’t know what to say about the situation. All I have to say is that, God should please intervene.
Amen
Na true, in my community we pay 3000 to withdraw 10000
Almost everywhere
This what you get when the government at the center had collapsed
Imagine a POS agent charged #2500 fore #5000! 100% commission, I was mad but I just controlled myself.
