Menopause Reversal?: Study Shows Melatonin Restored Menstruation In Women Aged 43 To 49

A study found that a nightly dose of 3 milligrams of melatonin restored menstruation in participants ages 43 to 49. These participants were either in perimenopause or menopause.”

Melatonin supplements are an over the counter drug. It’s also a naturally occurring hormone in the body. Honey also converts to melatonin when taken.

That’s why it makes some people feel relaxed or sleepy. From our research we learnt that, because it’s naturally occurring in the body, most people don’t react negatively to melatonin supplements.

According to research, melatonin begins to shrink as people begin to age, including in women experiencing perimenopause.

The research cited in the links above and below suggest that women who take 3mm melatonin nightly can reverse several aging processes connected to menopause and even delay or reverse it.

Note: There’s another treatment that has reversed menopause called PRP, although that’s not treated extensively here. Other ways not treated extensively in this post include IVF, egg freezing and egg donation from third parties.
