0@cake Multivitamins are used to provide vitamins that are not taken in through the diet,, so multivitamin can maybe make up for breakfast but it is preferable you get your vitamins via meal

78The normal iodized salt (a.k.a table salt) can raise blood pressure. So it is wise to cut down on ‘table’ salt. On this a safer alternative may be pink (Himalayan) salt which have been found not to increase blood pressure. This is just for information purposes, and is not definite medical advice.
