How can occupational therapy be integrated into mental health treatment plans?

      I’ve been seeing a therapist and taking medication, but I’m wondering if there are other ways to improve my mental health. I’ve heard that mental health occupational therapy can be helpful. Can anyone explain how occupational therapy can be integrated into mental health treatment plans to improve patient outcomes? Thank you!
