      TIME EXTENSION, student that is supposed to spend four years for a course, if he happens to go to a university where strike actions are regular, he may end up spending more than that, it is a waste of time. Students also have their own plans,

      The waste of funds spent on procuring accommodations, and mental health of students arising from the delays and lack of end to their academic toils is so alarming.
