      Yes, anyway the dichotomy between university and polytechnic has already been removed by house of Reps.last year

      Of course I totally agree..we have More of polytechnic graduates owing to the fact that polytechnic gives admission better than universities,hence we have more of HND holders than BSC holders..so equating the both is fair enough.
