Good Car Or Plot Of Land?

If you are given a choice between buying a good car or a plot of land right now, which would you prefer?

I prefer a plot of land to a good car

Land appreciates with time while car depreciates with time.

What if the particular landed property sits on swampy ground; but the car can be used for Uber or Taxify business, would that change your mind?

For me it depends on the Type of Car and the Land

First I will take a survey

Then I’ll choose the best

For example if the Car is expensive; that it buy more than the Land that is at hand then I’ll go for the Car

Otherwise I will choose the Land

What if they are of the same price, say N3 million, but you are a celebrity that people expect not to be jumping bus, would you still chose land over car?

@cake that is an unpleasant condition but still I will choose land because of it all time appreciation ability. In the same vein you swipe to the unpleasant condition of the land let swipe to the unpleasant moment of the car also let say one starts the uber or taxify business and the car has an accident and it got damage beyond repair? Car depreciates day in day out
