According to Laila’s Blog, Ifeanyi was driving when he spotted a hot FRSC officer and knowing her male colleagues would probably stop him if he attempted to park and toast her, did the ‘next best thing’.
He intentionally made a phone call so she’ll arrest him. even though he was made to pay a fine, he is happy as he was able to take pictures with her. Maybe phone numbers were exchanged too.
