‘Aniomas Are Not Fake Igbos’

An Anioma lady, Chukwufumnanya Chukwudi has taken to Twitter to declare her unimpeachable Igbo origins. She wrote:

My name is Chukwufumnaya Chukwudi. I’m an Anioma lady, we speak Igbo. We have igbo names, we have Igbo origin. The fact that we are not located in the east, doesn’t make us less Igbo. We are not fake igbos either. Like they have central igbo, a thread

Other eastern states have a community that speak their unique igbo like the Nsukka, some parts in Ebonyi too. Doesn’t mean they are not Igbo.
We are igbos but speak differently but have some things in common. Most Anioma communities migrated from Nri(Awka)
