  1. Alao-Akala once bestrode the Agodi Government House, Ibadan like a colossus. Today, he is no more. Now part of eternity. May his soul rest in peace.

A philosopher once said (I paraphrase), in this life, nothing really matters in the long run. I think after life, what we have are stories, legacies and our walk with eternity.

Let us therefore strive to live live in such a way that when we are gone, the use of our lives will outlive our live.

In my own opinion, you don’t have to be a governor or minister to achieve this. But what you have to do, try to do it well. You may be training the next Moses, or Abraham Lincoln as a school teacher.
