You are so right. Also, adults should try to sleep 6 to 7 hours a day.
Not getting up to 6 to 7 hours of sleep can increase blood pressure for adults.
Not getting enough sleep can cause the eyes to become bloodshot. When the eyes are bloodshot they have a kind of unhealthy red look that shows the person really needs to catch some badly needed sleep.
Hot chocolate drink can help one sleep.
