Public schools tend to have more qualified teachers that are professionals in their subject area
This is correct but those teachers usually take their jobs for granted.
Some of those teachers are there but not doing anything.
You can imagine, some of them just go to school to sign attendance and that’s it. They don’t go into the classrooms to teach.
