The Japanese Ambassador to Nigeria was recently pictured in isiagwu (tiger head) clothing and okpu mme mee (red cap). He also had the traditional Igbo hand fan.
He wore the outfits for the commissioning of a solar power plant in Ahiazu Mbaise Local government area of Imo State.
