Other cities with large black populations, including Detroit, Milwaukee, New Orleans and New York, have become coronavirus hotspots.
There should be no deliberate neglect of US Afro American areas. US Afro Americans should increase social distancing efforts, as there are reports it isn’t being observed in some areas.
