The late Iqbal Masih was sold into bonded labour. He managed to escape, helped free 3000 children, and raised awareness before being murdered at the age of 12.
He may have died at a very young age. But he reminds me of Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Mohandas Ghandi and others who sought to sacrifice for the greater good.
May the good work of young Iqbal Masih not be forgotten.
